Job title: Video/Electronics Engineer
Job description:

The ideal person for our position would have the following multidisciplinary experiences:
- Develop protocols to test our state-of-the-art advanced video and audio products
- Able to interpret/understand electronics circuits
- Knowledge of electronics components including DSPs, transistors, memory chips, switching power supplies, voltage regulators etc.
- Basic understanding of commonly used audio/video filters such as comb filter
- Thorough understanding of NTSC and PAL television standards, as well as the new HDTV standard.
- Ability to debug down to the component level on a PCB comprising ADC’s, DAC’s, FPGA and DSP’s.
- Working knowledge of PCB Layout
- Ability to program XILINX FPGAs and output a .JED file
- Familiarity with PROTEL, ORCAD, CIRCUITCAM, CAM350, Needhams and CITIZEN A502 surface mount machine code.
- Ability to program ATMEL AVR processors in both assembly and C language.
- Familiarity with test equipment from Audio Precision, Tektronix and LeCroy.
- Able to coordinate PCB design, manufacturing and Assembly
- Proficient in using and/or programming Microsoft Windows software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
